We converted a two car garage into living space:

Bricked up the garage door and added a single door with side lights

Installed all the necessary rough-in electrical and HVAC

Created a food storage room
Created a mud room with a built-in coat rack, shelves, tiled floor & stairs.

Created an office /den -

Created a new opening through the formal living & install recessed lighting. Three walls are made with oak plywood, oak base board, oak chair rail, oak crown molding and all stained in cherry, installed 12' of built-in cabinets on the other wall, converted a wood fire place into a dual gas fire place so you have a fire place in the formal living room. 

In the office/den, installed white marble on one side of the fire place and black marble on the other. We installed an engineered hard wood floor, and painted throughout.

Bathroom Renovations

We Demo all walls down to the studs, removed a bathtub, re-did all the plumbing on both bathroom renovations shown.  

Installed a new stand up shower, new Toto Toilet, new vanity with mirror, floor heating, new floor tile and wall tile, and installed recessed lighting.
